• Modifications: You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request any changes or cancellations. Once this period expires, your order enters production and cannot be modified.

  4. Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer’s handling.
  5. Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind.
