• Production Time: 3-5 business days. This sneaker is made-to-order so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.
• Shipping Time: 7-15 business days for Standard Shipping, 3-10 business days for Expedited Shipping.
• Size: EU 36-48. Please check the size chart carefully before placing order as we CAN NOT offer return or refund if you choose a wrong size.

Any modifications must be done within 24 hours after placing order. All orders will be produced after 24 hours so once exceed 24 hours, you CAN NOT cancel/change the order. Please understand for us.

  3. Incorrect or mismatched size.
  4. Lost/missing items.

  1. Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.
  2. Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.
  3. Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance
  4. Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer’s handling.
  5. Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind.
  6. Products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
