• Production Time: 3-5 business days. This crocs is made-to-order so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.
• Shipping Time: 7-15 business days for Standard Shipping, 3-10 business days for Expedited Shipping.
• Size: EU 36-48. Please check the size chart and measuring instruction carefully before placing order as we CAN NOT offer return or refund if you choose a wrong size.

Any modifications must be done within 24 hours after placing order. All orders will be produced after 24 hours so once exceed 24 hours, you CAN NOT cancel/change the order. Please understand for us.

   Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  •  Some orders may ship in multiple packages. Tracking updates may take a few days depending on the courier — this is normal, and your items are still in transit.

  The following reasons are covered by our 30 Days Refund/ Replacement Policy. lf you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item.

  1. Item received is defective/damaged/broken/does not work properly.
  2. Item received is different from the description or the product customization information.
  3. Incorrect or mismatched size.
  4. Lost/missing items.

  No Refund & Replacement

  The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 Days Refund & Replacement Policy. We are not liable for these issues.

  1. Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.
  2. Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.
  3. Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance
  4. Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer’s handling.
  5. Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind.
  6. Products purchased during a sale or any promotion.

  lf your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the
