To maintain our fast delivery schedule, the production process begins exactly 24 hours after your order is confirmed.

• Modifications & Cancellations: Changes or cancellations are only accepted within the initial 24-hour window.

• Finalized Orders: Once the 24-hour period has passed, the order is locked into production and cannot be changed or cancelled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our unique custom process.

  1. Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.
  2. Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.
  3. Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance
  4. Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer’s handling.
  5. Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind.
  6. Products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
