1. Preparation: Place a piece of white paper on a flat surface and have a pen and ruler ready.

2. Measurement: Place your foot on the paper and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.

3. Selection: Compare your measurement in centimeters (Heel-to-Toe) with our sizing chart. If your foot is 27 cm, for example, your ideal size is EU 41.

• Shift Your Weight: Flatten your foot by shifting your weight forward while measuring for an accurate reading.

• Between Sizes: If your measurement falls between two sizes, always opt for the larger size.

• Measure Both Feet: Use the measurement of your larger foot for the best fit.

• Timing is Key: Measure your feet at the end of the day when they have expanded to their full size.

• Wide Feet: If you have a wider foot, please select one size larger.

• Custom Production: 3 – 5 business days. Since each sneaker is customized specifically for you, production takes a little longer to ensure perfection.

• Global Shipping: 7 – 15 business days.

• Size Range: Available in US 5-14 (EU 35-48).

Our production process begins exactly 24 hours after your order is confirmed to ensure the fastest delivery.

• Cancellations & Modifications: Only accepted within the initial 24-hour window. After 24 hours, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Returns: As these are custom-made items, we cannot offer returns or refunds for incorrect size selections. Please double-check your measurements before purchasing.
