  All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, including production, quality check, and secure packaging with your shipping details.

  3. Incorrect or mismatched size.

  1. Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.
  2. Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.
  3. Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance
  4. Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer’s handling.
  5. Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind.
  6. Products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
